Important Dates:

  • Friday, March 1st, 2024 --- Course Selection Google Form due
    Incoming freshmen must fill out the Course Selection Google Form by Friday, March 1st, 2024. Below are links to the presentation from Course Selection Night, the 2024-2025 UA Curriculum Guide, and the Google Form link.

    For questions about course selection information, please contact the Counseling Office at uacounseling@ursulinestl.org.
  • Monday, August 12th --- Fall Sports tryouts begin.
  • Wednesday, August 7th & Thursday August 8th --- Viaggio Days!
    A.K.A. Freshmen Orientation! Required for Members of the class of 2028 and student leaders
    8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day.
  • Tuesday, August 13th --- Community Day
    Required for all students!
    9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, August 14th --- First Day of Classes for all students!
    8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 18th--- Freshman Induction Ceremony
    6:00 p.m.
    This special Ursuline tradition officially welcomes the Class of 2028 into our UA family. An invitation will be mailed to the family in the fall.
  • Thursday, September 19th--- Big Sis/Lil Sis Lock-In
    7:00 p.m. - 9:30 p.m.
    The lock-in will be a celebration of the newly inducted freshman class and will include various games and community-building activities. There is no cost to attend this event, but there are optional food items you can purchase. All Bigs/Littles are required to attend this event.
