Important Dates:

• Friday, January 31, 2025 --- Acceptance Day and Celebration Reception!
  Acceptance letters will go out in the mail, along with an acceptance email going out earlier in the day.
  
  The Class of 2029 and their parents are invited to a welcome reception to celebrating becoming the newest Bears! Come and go as you please between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Pizza and refreshments will be provided!
• Saturday, February 8, 2025 --- Class of 2029 Placement Testing Day
  7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

• Date Update: Tuesday, February 25, 2025 --- Course Selection Information Night
  5:30 PM - 6:30 PM
  • 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM: The presentation for Course Selection Information will begin promptly at 5:30 PM and go until approximately 6:30 PM. This presentation is important for families to attend to learn more about the freshman year course selection process. There will be time after the presentation to meet your daughter's counselor.
  • Uniform fitting options with Just Me Apparel:
    **Please make sure your daughter wears a tank top so she can try on UA polos.
    • 4:30 PM - 5:15 PM: Families are welcome to come to campus as early as 4:30 PM to complete your daughter's uniform fitting prior to the presentation. Uniform fittings take approximately 15 minutes per student.
    • 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Following the presentation, there will be time to complete uniform fittings for those who are unable to come beforehand.
    • If you are unable to get fitted for your uniform on the night of the 25th, you can visit Just Me Apparel on your own! Click here to visit their website.
  • Uniform Fitting - What to Expect
    • Just Me Apparel (JMA) will measure your daughter for her red blazer and skirt, and you will order and purchase those items. JMA may have items "on the rack" that will fit your daughter available for purchase and take home that evening.
    • JMA requires you to pay at least 50% down when ordering this evening, and the balance is due by July 1, 2025.
    • The Bear Den will be open for you to purchase UA swag! Sample sizes of our uniform polos and dress uniform oxfords will be available in the Cafeteria to try on - please note that you will not be purchasing polos and oxfords tonight, but instead fill out an order form for what sizes your daughter needs. These will be available for pickup at the Bear Den after July 1st and are to be paid when you come to pick them up.
